Modo de empleo:  1- Preparaci\u00f3n de la superficie: La superficie debe estar limpia, seca y exenta de polvo, grasas, aceites, jabones, ceras u otros desmoldantes.  2-Sobre superficies cementicos nuevas o sin pintar: Verificar el completo fraguado y si fuera necesario, neutralizar la superficie con una soluci\u00f3n de \u00e1cido muri\u00e1tico al 20% en agua, enjuagar muy bien y dejar secar. Constatar la neutralidad con papel de PH. Si hubiera hongos, moho o verd\u00edn, lavar con soluci\u00f3n de agua lavandina al 10%, enjuagar y dejar secar muy bien. De existir grietas, fisuras o rajaduras, limpiar bien los bordes de la mismas y rellenarlas con sellador el\u00e1stico transparente. Sobre superficies lisas y firmes, dar una 1ra mano de IMPERMEABILIZANTE PARA LADRILLOS SATINADO CASTELL BARONIA, con una diluci\u00f3n de agua al 10% a modo de imprimaci\u00f3n.  3- Sobre superficies pulverulentas, tizadas o de cierta antig\u00fcedad: Aplicar una 1\u00ba mano de FIJADOR al AGUARR\u00c1S posteriormente. aplicar una 2\u00ba mano diluida al 10% con agua corriente. Recorda que a mayor cantidad de manos, se obtiene mayor protecci\u00f3n en el tiempo.  APLICACI\u00d3N: Pincel, rodillo o soplete."}
